Switzerland frees Young Boys squad from quarantine

The Young Boys has received special permission to travel and play against him Manchester United without going through a preventive quarantine upon arrival at Switzerland.

And it is that in theory, because of the Omicron variant, Switzerland has imposed new restrictions, including that anyone arriving in the country from the United Kingdom it has to subject to a preventive quarantine.

In their Twitter account, the Swiss team has confirmed that the club “has received a special permit from the Canton of Bern for the away games of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Youth League

“This means that players and staff do not have to be quarantined for ten days after their return trip,” they confirmed.
