Gerard Piqué y Clara Chia They went this Wednesday, June 7, to the trial court number 6 of Barcelona for their war against the Catalan paparazzi Jordi Martin. Both requested a restraining order against him, but at the preliminary hearing everything took a turn.
As reported by judicial sources to EFE, at the hearing the former culé defense withdrew his request for precautionary measures so that a restraining order be issued for the paparazzo. Clara, for her part, has maintained her request for a restraining order, although she has reduced the distance from the 3 kilometers that she initially requested to a thousand meters.
The indicated paparazzi assured when leaving the courts that the Prosecutor’s Office sees no evidence of crime in his actions and has insisted that he limited himself to doing his job, always from a distance.
Shakira’s ex and his girlfriend filed the lawsuit on May 10, although the events took place six days earlier when, according to his version, the paparazzo entered private property (a garage) to capture images of them.

The defendant is Jordi Martín, a well-known reporter who has worked in media such as save me, socialite o Mothcatchers. Shakira’s friend, he was the first to publish an image of Piqué with Clara Chía and has become an ‘unwelcome’ individual for the couple. The enmity between them goes back a long way and they have even exchanged harsh messages through social networks: “Give up drugs. Cocaine is very screwed up,” Piqué told Martín on one occasion.
