Spain will face Belgium, Azerbaijan and Luxembourg with a view to the European Under 19

The Spanish team has been framed in group 8 of classification for the European sub'19 2021/22 next to Belgium, Azerbaijan Y Luxembourg, according to the draw held this Wednesday.

The mini-tournaments will be held between August 30 and September 7, October 4 and 12 or November 8 and 16, 2021, at venues that have not yet been defined.

The first two of each group plus the best third – counting only the games against the two that precede them in the table – will qualify for the elite round together with Portugal, exempt from this preliminary phase, and which will be played in the spring of 2022 .

The final phase will take place in Slovakia in the summer of 2002. The 2020 edition was canceled by covid-19 and the 2021 edition will be played in Romania.

The draw for the qualifying phase of the European Under'17 2021/22 was also held, the final phase of which will take place in Israel in May. The Netherlands and Spain, top seeds, have been exempted and will enter competition in the elite round in the spring of 2022.
