Sevilla is very close to sealing the renewal of Yassine Bono. As ElDesmarque advances, the negotiation may be closed next week. Three years ago there was the first contact with the representatives of the Moroccan international goalkeeper, who presented a counter offer to the Andalusian club. They are awaiting a response, which everything indicates will be positive, so Bono will extend his contract for one more season, until 2025.
The goalkeeper is happy in Seville, where his daughter was born, and his decision to stay has prevailed over other offers.
Bono is, at the moment, the ‘Zamora’ of LaLiga Santander, having conceded only 13 goals in the 23 games he has played. He arrived on loan from Girona in 2019 and Sevilla ended up signing him for 4 million euros, with a termination clause of 30 million euros.
