Lugo announced this Wednesday the transfer of Sebas Moyano to the Ebro until the end of this season. The Galician team explained that it has “managed to resolve the administrative issues that prevented the player's registration in the last summer transfer window” and the Andalusian midfielder will reinforce the Segunda B team.
On September 7, Moyano signed a three-season contract with the Lugo team after having been on trial for a few weeks. “As he is a player that the club understands has a medium-term projection, it is possible that he will go on loan”, declared that same month the head of the club's sports area, Jorge de Cózar, who specified that for that reason the player had not been registered in LaLiga SmartBank.
In October, once the market was closed, Lugo did not rule out its exit after the deadline, as explained then by its technical secretary, Manolo Mandiá. “We are pending a procedure that may allow the transfer of Sebas. The best decision will be made there, “said the technical secretary last month about Moyano, 23, who works as a right midfielder.
