SDI Sportfloor has become the official supplier of the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB) in the sports flooring sector, following the agreement signed by the president of the FEB, Jorge Garbajosa, and the manager and technical director of the company with headquarters in Bilbao.
The matches that both the men’s and women’s teams will play in Huelva this November will be the starting point for this collaboration.
The agreement signing ceremony took place at the FEB Museum in Alcobendas (Madrid) and was attended by Jorge Garbajosa and Gorka Iglesias Zabala, manager and technical director of Soluciones Decorativas Ibaizabal SL.
Jorge Garbajosa has assured that “the incorporation of SDI in such a special year for the FEB as the one that begins in a few weeks is the best possible news”. “Having a partner like SDI, a brand of excellence in its sector, means that we have a very important asset. There is a mutual sense of growth and value creation for both organizations,” he said.
For his part, Gorka Iglesias Zabala stressed that the most important thing about this agreement is “being able to be part of a family.” “We come with a lot of desire and drive to contribute in all areas. The FEB will be able to count on SDI Sportfloor in everything it needs”, she commented.
SDI Sportfloor is a Spanish company that distributes solutions for indoor sports flooring, such as solid wood, vinyl and linoleum floors, linoleum; as well as video scoreboards, telescopic bleachers and baskets. It has installed a large number of sports halls, as well as gyms and schools, throughout the Iberian Peninsula and on the islands.
