Russian Andrey Rublev reached his fifth consecutive final in an ATP tournament by defeating Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, second favorite, and will bid for the title against the Hungarian Marton Fucsovics, who beat the Croatian Borna Coric.
Rublev is still on a roll. The eighth player in the world is one step away from achieving his first trophy of the course, the eighth of his career. It took him an hour and 37 minutes to overtake Tsitsipas by 6-3 and 7-6 (2).

The 23-year-old Muscovite intends to extend to 2021 the fruitful year he enjoyed in 2020 with the conquest of five tournaments (Doha, Adelaide, Hamburg, Saint Petersburg and Vienna).
Rublev will rival Fucsovics, who eliminated Spanish Alejandro Davidovich in the quarterfinals. He beat Borna Coric 6-4 and 6-1 in one hour and 25 minutes.
The Hungarian will play his third final. In the other two he enjoyed the triumph, in Geneva in 2018, and was defeated by Sofia a year later.
