The Spanish team returned to work in the town of Bisham Abbey after beating Finland 4-1 in the first match of the group stage of the European Championship. The good atmosphere, the smiles and the feeling of having fulfilled expectations in the debut against Finland were the tone of the preparatory session.
The team trained in a morning session. First, the players who did not play against Finland or who did not start, jumped onto the pitch, while the starters did recovery work. The latter carried out conservation and bodybuilding exercises in the gym, while the substitutes completed activation training on the field of play.
