BARCELONA, 12 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The FC Barcelona player Raphinha will not be able to play this Sunday in the final of the Spanish Super Cup, against Real Madrid at the Al-Awwal Park Stadium in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), after suffering a muscle injury in the Blaugranas' victory against CA Osasuna in Thursday's semifinal.
“The tests carried out today have shown that the first team player Raphinha suffers a muscle injury to the femoral biceps of his left thigh. It is low and his evolution will determine his availability,” the club announced in a statement.
The Brazilian suffered this injury in the Super Cup semi-final against Osasuna, in a fortuitous action, and was replaced by youth player Lamine Yamal, who would end up scoring the final 2-0, in the 42nd minute of the first half. In Riyadh, Raphinha played his 20th game this season in which, so far, he has 4 goals.
