Sergio Ramos was operated on Saturday with success from an injury to the medial meniscus of the left knee, in an intervention performed by Dr. Manuel Leyes and which will keep him out for six to eight weeks.
The Madrid captain damaged his left knee on January 14 during the warm-up of the semifinal of the Spain Supercup and disputed the match against Athletic Club with discomfort.
