Ramos does not travel to Seville

Sergio Ramos is back, although he will not travel to Seville. The captain has trained for the first time with the rest of his teammates since he was injured with Spain in the last national team break. It is the only training he has completed with the group. Therefore, Zidane has decided not to risk with him to play this Saturday against Sevilla (4:15 pm). Reserve it for the game against Borussia next Wednesday. The coach is not in favor of taking risks with players who return from injury and Ramos has been no exception

The good news for Zidane is that Odriozola is back on a squad list. The case of the Spanish international is especially important, because Carvajal is injured and is his natural replacement. So far, Lucas Vázquez has had to delay his position to make up for that absence, but now Odriozola must vindicate himself.

The technician begins to recover fundamental pieces at the most critical moment of the season, where Madrid will play its future in the League and, above all, in the Champions League, where Borussia needs to win to be in the next phase. Despite this, there are still three very important players in the infirmary: Carvajal, Valverde and Hazard.

Jovic and Mariano were surprised by the absences from the squad. The Serbian has just rejoined after his leave due to coronavirus, although he has trained these last two days with the group. Zizou hasn't seen him 100%. In Mariano's case, the club reported that he suffers a muscle injury in his left leg, although it did not specify the severity or issue a medical report.

As for the homegrown players, Zidane had Sergio Arribas in training and has summoned him. He is a Castilla footballer who has already made his debut on the first match against Real Sociedad. He is a left-handed playmaker, of great quality and that Zidane likes a lot.

This is the list of summoned:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Altube.
Defenses: Militao, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Odriozola and Mendy.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Odegaard, Isco and Arribas.
Forwards: Benzema, Asensio, Lucas Vázquez, Vinicius and Rodrygo.
