The Catalan midfielder Ramón Folch has reached an agreement with Elche to dissociate himself of the entity, as announced this Friday by the Elche club.
Folch, whose contract expired in June 2022, has remained for the last two weeks training with Elche despite not entering into the coaching staff's plans for the season.
The player, who last season was on loan to Tenerife, He arrived at Elche in the 2019-20 season from Reus.
The midfielder played 33 games and was a key piece in the team that would end up achieving promotion to First Division. Last year, Folch made his debut in Primera with Elche, with whom he participated in the match against Eibar.
Elche, in a statement, thanked the “work, dedication and professionalism ”by Ramón Folch and wishes him “the best” in his new challenges.
Folch is the first player with a current contract to leave Elche's squad of those who do not enter into the coaching staff's plans.
