Queen Sofía rescues the dress she wore at Martínez-Almeida’s wedding for her last official act

The mother of Felipe VI has decided to follow the example of her daughter-in-law, Joy, and give a second (and third) life to the clothes in your dressing room. This Tuesday, Mrs. Sofia has fulfilled a new act in his institutional agenda and he has done so with the beautiful sky blue tailored suit that he debuted during the wedding of José Luis Martínez Almeida and Teresa Urquijo last April.

This is a very spring outfit that has floral appliqués on the lapel and sleeve. Doña Sofía has combined it with a simple white top, sensible black heels and a pearl necklace.

This Wednesday, the emerita chaired the Third Edition of the Added Value Awards, which recognizes those people who have contributed with their work and merits in the educational, scientific, technical, cultural, social and business areas to the enhancement of value of senior talent in Spain. The event took place at the Palace of the Marquis of Salamanca and Mrs. Sofía was in charge of presenting one of the awards: the one intended for the filmmaker José Luis Garci.
