He arrives free after seven years in Cádiz
Salvi31 years old, joined this July the Ray after playing the last seven seasons in the Cadizof which he arrives free after finishing the contract.
“I have seen many Rayo games. I like the fans a lot and whenever I have come to play I like to see people close by. Being here is a challenge for me, I am excited and very happy,” said Salvi, in statements to the web of the club, after training this Sunday.
Reunion with Álvaro García
In the Lightning, Salvi meets again with the also extreme Alvaro Garciawith whom he shared three seasons in the Cadiz.
“With Álvaro I lived a promotion in Cádiz and I am very happy to be with him again. He has advised me where to live because I am leaving Cádiz and getting into the big city is complicated, but the family has adapted well”, he confessed Salviwho personally expressed his wish for this season.
“I hope that injuries respect us. The fewer injuries, the better because there are many days and we are all important. I already want to play, make my debut and enjoy the football that is lived in Vallecas,” he concluded.
