The president of the Managing Commission of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Pedro Rocha, detailed this Tuesday before the respective presidents of the territorial federations the changes made in the Spanish federation and has appealed to the “unity of Spanish football” facing the present and future.
Rocha, before the territorial presidents who make up the Committee meeting this Tuesday in the City of Football, explained the steps that have been taken since the change in the presidency and the decisions taken in recent weeks, once the RFEF was “stabilized.”
As explained by the federation in a statement, Rocha showed the importance of “walking together” in this “transitional stage”, in order to advance the progress of Spanish football and in their respective territories.
He reiterated his intention to “build bridges and resume dialogue” with the different football players, leaving behind the “existing conflicts” in favor of the interests of football in Spain.
The president of the Manager reviewed the meetings held with LaLiga, the F League or AFE, as well as the conversations with the president of UEFA, Aleksander Ceferin, or the recent constitution of the Joint Commission made up of the RFEF, CSD and international players.
Rocha also detailed the different changes made to the federation structure itself and, especially, the great commitment that the 2030 World Cup bid will entail, the launch of which is scheduled for next Saturday the 28th in Morocco.
