The Spanish tennis players Pedro Martínez and Jaume Munar have advanced this Tuesday to the round of 16 of the Hong Kong tournament, an ATP 250 category tournament that is played on a hard surface, after beating the Italian Francesco Passaro (6-4, 6-4) and also Spanish Alejandro Davidovich (4-6, 6-3, 6-3), respectively.
In addition, Alejandro Moro Cañas and Roberto Carballés Baena were eliminated from the tournament after losing their first round matches against the Belgian Zizou Bergs (6-4, 6-4) and the Canadian Gabriel Diallo (4-6, 7-6(4) , 7-5), respectively.
In the round of 16, Jaume Munar will face the Portuguese Nuno Borges, while Pedro Martínez, the number seven seed in the tournament, will do the same against the Chinese Juncheng Shang.
