Pedro Acosta, Nerea Martí and Ezpeleta, awarded at the 25th anniversary of the Ricardo Tormo Circuit

MotoGP rider Pedro Acosta, racing driver Nerea Martí and Dorna Sports CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta will be honoured this Thursday at the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste, an event led by the President of the Generalitat Valenciana, Carlos Mazón.

This event to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, which will take place on the home straight of the Cheste circuit, will be attended by more than 400 guests who will share a day of remembrance of the inauguration of the Cheste facilities in September 1999 on the occasion of the first Grand Prix of the Valencian Community.

At the event, in which Pedro Acosta, Nerea Martí and Carmelo Ezpeleta will be awarded, a route will be made recalling the 14 curves of the Valencian circuit. In addition, the work of key people and entities for the Circuit over the last 25 years will be recognised at an awards ceremony.

The awards ceremony will take place at dusk on the home straight of the circuit that is preparing to host the NAPA Racing Weekend this weekend, the event organised by the Royal Spanish Automobile Federation that will bring together more than 5,000 people in the stands and paddock.
