The former Spanish rugby player Patricia García will take her social project ‘Rugby Libre’ to Kenya starting this Thursday, which she launched seven years ago, a trip that had to be delayed for the last two years due to the pandemic.

This trip to Kenya can be made after many months of work by the entire team that makes up this project, whose purpose will be to generate a positive impact thanks to education in values.

During the stay in the country, the entire ‘Rugby Libre’ team will carry out different educational and sports activities of a pedagogical nature, centered on Lisha Children’s Home, a shelter located in the city of Tala, in Nairobi, where ‘PGR ONG ‘ will cooperate with Kukuba to promote development and social inclusion.

“We are very excited to lead the ‘Rugby Libre KENIA’ project and after two years without being able to carry out the program due to the pandemic, this tour represents a new beginning for us,” said Patricia García.
