PARIS, Sep. 6 (by EUROPA PRESS special correspondent Ramón Chamorro) –

The Paris Paralympic Games will begin this Friday, September 6, their ninth and penultimate day of sports competition, in which the delegation will have the chance to increase its medal tally with options in wheelchair tennis, swimming, fencing and judo.

The earliest option will be at Roland Garros, where Martín de la Puente and Dani Caverzaschi will play the match for a historic bronze for this sport, while in the pool at La Défense Arena, as usual, there will be options for swimming to continue to fatten its medal tally with swimmers such as Marta Fernández and Anastasiya Dmytriv.

In addition, in fencing, the Galician Judith Rodríguez, who won bronze a few days ago in foil, will try to do a double in the sword event, and on the tatami the Aragonese judoka Sergio Ibáñez and the Valladolid judoka Marta Arce will aspire to a medal.
