Osasuna and Javi Martínez break their contractual relationship

This Wednesday, CA Osasuna reached an agreement with the Spanish footballer Javi Martínez Calvo, 25, to end the contractual relationship that linked both parties until June 2026.

“In this way, the midfielder from Soriano concludes his commitment to the entity, which he arrived as a youth player at the age of 13 to complete the different stages of training that led him in 2016 to debut with the rojillo reserve team and, in 2019, to make his debut with the first team,” Osasuna reported on its website.

“Loaned first to Albacete in 2022 and to Huesca on two occasions between 2023 and 2024. Since the date of his debut in 2019, he has played 51 games with the red shirt, nine of them in the Copa del Rey, one in the Second Division and 41 in the highest category. He has scored three goals,” the same press release stressed.

“In addition, he has played 50 games in the silver division with Huesca and seven more with Albacete. The club thanks Javi Martínez for his commitment and professionalism during all these years in which he has defended the Osasuna shirt. Likewise, it wishes him the “best of luck in your future professional challenges,” concluded the press release.
