No injuries in the women's first week of training

The first week of training for the women's first team Athletic after the holiday break it was settled without injury. It is not a small thing, taking into account the usual harshness of any preseason, accentuated in this case by the inactivity to which the pandemic of the COVID-19. The only problems have not gone beyond the logical annoyances, which have not forced any of the players to go through the infirmary. That, not counting those that are still in the recovery phase of their respective discomforts, processes that also evolve positively.

In these first six days of work, the rojiblancas have completed nine sessions on the pitch of field 4. The coach Angel Villacampa has used several members of the subsidiary to complete the training, as is the case of Nerea Snowy, Naroa Uriarte, Mariana Cerro and
Leyre Monente who were already under the orders of the coach at last year's stage in Boltaña. Along with them they have exercised Bibiane Schulze, Paula Arana, Clara Pinedo, Alejandra Estefanía and the group's youngest, Ane Elexpuru, who will complete their first preseason with the rojiblanco first team.

Mornings have been devoted to strength and endurance work, while in the afternoons the group has worked more on the technical-tactical aspect. The team rests today Sunday to resume activity tomorrow, when the team will undergo stress tests in the IMQ Zorrozaurre.
