NFL fans loved what Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins said to Lions quarterback Jared Goff.
With their win over the Vikings from Minnesota on Sunday, the Detroit Lions won the NFC North. It’s the first time in 30 years the Detroit Lions have won their division.
With his success in Detroit, Goff has gained a lot of respect, even from passers who play against him.
After Detroit’s win, Kirk Cousins, the quarterback for Minnesota, praised Goff for getting to this point.
“Hey Jared, good job man. “I’m happy for you, and good job,” Cousins told Goff. “Wow, you sure worked hard to get from 0–8 to where you are right now now. It’s amazing; there’s an abundance of toughness.”
Next, the Lions quarterback praised Cousins for being so calm after hurting his Achilles tendon and stopping his season.
Gavin Goff told her, “The way you talked after the injury was inspiring. I don’t know if I really told you that.”
Martin hurt himself during the third full practice. The next day, an MRI showed that a disk was irritated.
Jason Garrett, the coach, said it wasn’t likely that the three-time All-Pro would come back before Saturday’s preseason game in San Francisco.
Young defenders Jaylon Smith while Leighton Vander Esch have made Lee’s job less important. Lee, on the other hand, has been assisting the young stars on special teams while still being a starter.
Lee seems more likely to come back than Martin due to having worked with the special teams during the morning warmup before practice on Sunday.

In eight of Lee’s nine seasons, he has missed a minimum of one contest because of an illness. He is 33 years old. 2016 was Lee’s only All-Pro year, though.

As Garrett put it, “he was moving around good during the walkthrough, so we’ll see how the day goes.”
“We’re off tomorrow, so if he doesn’t practice today, we’ll try to get him back out there on Tuesday.” Due to a sore heel, Amari Cooper left practice for the second day in a row on Sunday.
The Cowboys have three players on the “physically unable to perform” list: cornerback Byron Jones (hip), defensive lineman DeMarcus Lawrence (shoulder surgery), and defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford (hip surgery).
