It was exactly a year ago, in August 2023, when Antonio Rossi announced one of the most exciting events of his life: his long-awaited wedding with Hugo Fuertes. The journalist, 53 years old, will say ‘I do’ with his boyfriend, 26 years old, this Friday, August 16, in front of more than 200 guests and in a dream location: Casa Mónico, on the outskirts of Madrid.
This is a wedding venue located in the northern part of the capital, in Aravaca.and which has an impressive manor house, in the Herrerian style, which was designed in 1946 by Secundino Zuazo, one of the most celebrated architects of the 20th century and author, among other great works, of Los Nuevos Ministerios de Madrid.
This place has more than 30,000 square meters of British-inspired gardens, and they contain a wide variety of centuries-old trees, such as poplars, magnolias, cypresses and oaks. In addition, Casa Mónico has a private parking with capacity for 250 vehicles.
This place was already chosen by the influencer Maria Fernandez Rubies for the day of their wedding, an event attended by personalities such as Maria Pombo y Martina Jáudenesone of the goddaughters of King Felipe VI.
In this setting, guests will also be able to enjoy an exquisite gastronomic offering, as Fuertes himself revealed on his social networks.: In total, 16 hot and cold appetizers will be offered, and these will be divided into nine food stations: oysters, ham, rice and fideuá, Asian dishes, cheeses and fried fish. Of course, there will be sweets at the end of the banquet and two corners of margaritas and mojitos, manzanilla wine and tequila.

Antonio Rossi and Hugo Fuertes, who will be getting married dressed by the brand Mansolutely, have asked guests to dress “freely.” However, they will have to comply with one condition: women must wear long dresses and men dark. Among the guests will be Ana Rosa Quintana and her partner, Xelo Montesinos; Patricia Pardo y Christina Gálvez, Bibiana Fernandez, Cristina Tarrega o Miguel Angel Nicolas. And of course, many of his close friends, such as Sonia Ferrer, Sandra Aladro o Bethlehem Esteban, with whom Rossi maintains an excellent relationship.
