Nagelsmann could become the most expensive technician in history

RB Leipzig puts a price on its coach, Julian Nagelsmann, given Bayern Munich's interest in making him a successor to Hansi Flick from next season. As reported by the German newspaper 'Bild' in its online version, the Saxon side are asking for a total of 30 million euros to let their coach go, who signed a contract without a termination clause until 2023 at the Red Bull Arena and he would be delighted to take over the dressing room at the Allianz Arena.

In this way, Nagelsmann would become the most expensive coach in history, beating André Villas Boas, for whom Chelsea paid 15 million euros to Porto in 2011. Bayern are known for their serenity in the market, but could agree given that Flick, like Nagelsmann, has a contract in Munich until 2023 and his more than likely march to the Mannschaft also aims to leave good money in the Bavarian coffers.

“It is a fact that Hansi Flick has told us that he intends to leave us after this season. We have agreed to meet after the game against Mainz. If we fulfill Hansi's wish it will be because all parties have found a joint solution with which Bayern is also satisfied”, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, chairman of the Bundesliga champion's board of directors, was quoted in 'Bild'. The solution is to enable Nagelsmann to arrive in Munich.
