Federer, another gentleman, pays tribute to Rafa on the day he took his lead in Grand Slam titles won: “I have always had the utmost respect for my friend Rafa as a person and as a champion. As my great rival in recent years, I think we have pushed each other to be better. It is a great honor for me to congratulate him on his 20th victory in a Grand Slam. It is especially incredible that he has won Roland Garros 13 times, one of the great achievements of the sport. I also congratulate his team, because no one can do that alone. I hope that 20 is just another step on our journey. Well done Rafa , you deserve it.
