The Spanish Rafael Nadal was re-elected this Tuesday to be part of the Players Council of the Association of Professional Tennis Players (ATP), which announced through an official statement the names that will make up the aforementioned organization for the 2021/22 academic year.
In addition to Nadal, they were also re-elected Felix Auger-Aliassime, Roger Federer, John Millman, Kevin Anderson, Andy Murray, and Bruno Soares. Gilles Simon will return to the Council having served in previous terms, while Pablo Andújar and Marcus Daniell will serve their first term.
The list of members elected to the ATP Players Council until June 2022 is made up of: 1-50 Singles: Felix Auger-Aliassime, Roger Federer, John Millman and Rafael Nadal; 51-100 Singles: Pablo Andújar and Gilles Simon; 1-100 Doubles: Marcus Daniell and Bruno Soares; General: Kevin Anderson and Andy Murray; Alumni: Colin Dowdeswell; Coach: Daniel Vallverdu.
