“The thing worked, but not as well as it should, so a friend of mine told me to get an implant,” he explained. “I wear rings around my penis that are inflated through a hydraulic device. When you touch a ball, implanted in the scrotum, you have an erection and I can keep it as long as I want,” he continued.
