Mouriño believes that entering Europe would be a "good cake"

The president of Celta de Vigo, Carlos Mouriñoassured this Tuesday that entering UEFA competitions would be a good birthday cake for the club’s centenary, which will be fulfilled in 2023.

“Like cake getting high in Europe is what we’re going to fight from now on, take that leap of quality. If we get the names that we are working with, we can make that leap,” the businessman told a question from Efe at a press conference in Mexico.

Mouriño is in Mexico as part of Celta’s tour who will face the UNAM Pumas this Wednesday and then travel to the United States to play with the San Jose Earthquakes.
