Fuenlabrada chained their third consecutive defeat (0-1) against Mirandés in a confrontation with little history that ended up opting for the success in strategic situations.
Both teams arrived with the need to add a victory that would allow them to alleviate the negative inertia in which they had fallen in recent weeks. And the fear of making mistakes that would trigger a new setback conditioned the future of the first half.
But there were major flaws. Specifically two, offensive and which one is more clamorous. Both followed one another consecutively, first in one area and then in the other, to the frustration of its protagonists.
The first of them was committed by Schutte, who alone and under the crossbar finished off a ball that had fallen to his feet after a rebound from Víctor Gómez. He was still lamenting when in the opposite goal Randy chose to define with a Vaseline before the goalkeeper left and Kanté, with everything in favor to finalize the play, failed to find the net.
It was unremarkable in a flat first half that was followed by a similar dressing room round. In this way, the set piece became a thrown weapon that the visitors ended up handling better.
It was, in fact, in a corner kick that the only goal of the match was born. It was scored by Genaro, who went ahead of Glauder to head Jirka's serve from the right into the small area.
Juanma was less successful on the other side of the field, as he clearly hooked several heads that Lizoain stopped to give his team a victory that brings them closer to the high zone and helps them regain good feelings.
