They will now go to the Super Bowl. The Chiefs were in charge the whole game, and Patrick Mahomes improved his record against Lamar Jackson to 4-1.
Even though the Chiefs only scored 17 points in Championship Sunday, it’s clear that their offense has stepped up in the playoffs.
The Chiefs’ wide receivers had the most drops (28), and their drop rate was the highest in the NFL this season (12%).
This season, Mahomes had the worst TD-INT ratio (1-6) in the NFL when he went after wide receivers 10 yards or more downfield.
He also averaged a career-low 7.7 kilometers per attempt when he went after his wideouts. There was one player, though, who shined for the Chiefs at the close of the AFC championship game.
The Chiefs had a chance to end the game with a first down on third-and-9 with 2:19 left in the fourth quarter and a seven-point lead.
There was a chance that the Ravens could stop them, get the ball back, and maybe even tie the game.
There are a few reasons why this event was important for MVS. During the regular season, Valdes-Scantling caught 21 passes, which was the fewest of his career. He gained 315 yards and scored one touchdown.
It was also his fault that he missed a score that would have won the Super Bowl rematch against the Philadelphia Eagles in November of this year. For a gain of 32 yards, Mahomes hit Marquez Valdes-Scantling on that play.

“This patch helps with some changes or fixes to certain important features we have been hearing to the feedback such as the Seneschal Construct, The Vaults & Arcane Tremors, as well as the Echo of Malphas.”
The patch was released last night for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5. It fixes the biggest problems this season.
The patch adds “more sources for obtaining Governing as well as Tuning stones” so that Seneschal can level up. Here is where you can read the whole patch notes.
The team is improving the fight against Malpha the boss and increasing the number of legendary items that drop. They are also adding a new item that you can use to call him so you can keep your pearls safe.
The Seneschal Construct is a mechanical pet that was added this season. The team agrees that it becomes powerful enough when it reaches the max level, but getting there is way too hard.
