Mario Suárez unleashes Rayo in a little football derby

A penalty goal from Mario Suarez at 62 minutes allowed Rayo Vallecano to win a flat derby and little football in front of Fuenlabrada, who for almost an hour put enormous pressure on an opponent who barely disturbed his goal until the final moments.

The first to warn was Fuenlabrada after eight minutes with a shot from Ciss's midfield that forced Dimitrievski to run backwards and clear the ball in the squad.

That high pressure from the visiting team worried Rayo, who suffered to overcome the pressure zone, always looking for Andrés Martín and Álvaro García with his speed on the wing.

Rayo suffered a lot from the little prominence he had in the game Mario Suarez, which was completely deactivated by the Fuenlabrada players, who came to the break setting the pace of the match and making their rival not even have a shot on goal.

The second half started with the same slow rhythm of play as the first half that benefited Fuenlabrada, who began to gain meters with the imagination that their most offensive players put past midfield.

An error of Pablo Claveria at 60 minutes when committed a penalty on Trejo With a jump in which he knocked the Argentine down almost on the baseline, he changed the sign of the game. Mario Suárez, from eleven meters, did not miss his shot.

In the final minutes the game was broken with changes and Rayo had two very clear opportunities to widen their difference. One with a shot with the left foot of Jorge De Frutos that Pol Freixanet cleared and the other with a header from Qasmi in the heart of the area that went over the crossbar.

Fuenlabrada also had its chance for a draw with a volley shot from the front of José Rodríguez that was grazing the right post.
