Manuela Villena triumphs at the April Fair: from the ‘animal print’ to the manila shawl

The woman of Juanma Moreno, president of the Junta de Andalucía, is one of the most elegant women in Spanish politics and also one of the most anticipated at the Seville Fair, where she leaves her mark with her very elegant and sophisticated outfits. This year, Manuela Villena She didn’t need ruffles or flowers to capture everyone’s attention: she did it with an ‘animal-print’ and a fabulous manila shawl.

The Andalusian ‘first lady’ premiered the fair this Saturday with her husband. They went together to enjoy the famous ‘pescaíto’ dinner and the lighting of the Portada lights, an occasion that Villena took advantage of to pay homage, once again, to the fashion of her land with a dress from Ines Domecq, which had presented its new collection (Black Azabache) a few hours before. Manuela ‘paraded’ with the Lantana model, a long skirt piece with a V-neckline and animal print with red contrasts. It has pockets, shoulder pads and is available on the web for 265 euros.

For this Monday, however, Manuela has opted for a very different look. The political scientist, who went to the Plaza de la Maestranza to enjoy a bullfighting afternoon with a poster composed of Morante de la Puebla, Daniel Luque and Juan Ortega, has opted for a dress from the firm’s new collection Vogan, a regular signature in Villena’s wardrobe. This particular one is the Rita model, made of black crepe, with a crossed neckline at the back and peplum detail at the waist. On sale for 195 euros.

Villena, who was accompanied by her husband and the couple formed by Juan del Val and Nuria Roca, completed the outfit with a green manila shawl from Barón Terry (the antique store owned by Rocío Terry, partner of Lourdes Montes), game with the bag, from Ruc Store.
