Manuel Vizcaíno: “Mr. Pina still lacks the truth”

According to information published by El Mundo, the Investigating Court Number 6 of Seville has cited Manuel Vizcaíno as investigated for alleged crimes of misappropriation and unfair administration on October 20 after a complaint filed by Enrique Pina was admitted for processing as a partner and shareholder of ‘Locos por el Balón’, the society they shared.

For this reason, Vizcaíno has sent this statement, which, for your interest, we reproduce in its literal form.

“Statement from Manuel Vizcaíno Fernández.

As President and CEO of the Cádiz Football Club, and Sole Administrator of Crazy about the Ball, I want to make the following qualifications:

– As is customary on the part of Mr. Pina, his pronouncements turn out to be a mere continuity of malicious conduct, biased and interested that characterizes him. In this case, and again missing the truth, It takes out of context a fragment of one of the numerous procedures that we have filed, still in the investigation phase, and that is limited to reflecting the content of its own complaint. Nothing strange, coming from who is prosecuted by the National Court, at least for three concurrent criminal types.

– Indeed, the news that appeared today is nothing more than the continuation of the one made on December 12 of last year, on the merely initial situation of a complaint filed by Mr. Pina, which surely, due to the absolute falsity of its content, will be filed at the appropriate procedural moment.

– This is not the case with respect to other criminal proceedings brought by the undersigned against the aforementioned former Director of Cádiz C.F., and that surely, would make evident the repeated criminal offenses committed by Mr. Pina, which only reinforces the decision of the CCF Board of Directors to dismiss him in all his positions, later ratified by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

– On the other hand, the reference to the embargo of the actions of the CCF held by Locos por el Balón, S.L., is obviously out of date temporarily, since the Provincial Court of Seville put Mr. Pina and his instrumental company, Calambur, in its place, by revoking and lifting said inadmissible embargo, and condemning him on the costs of the trial.

– The consequent lack of prominence of Mr. Pina in the recent sporting achievements of the Entity, is leading him to these reckless pronouncements, product of his own frustration and nervousness. Fortunately, those of us who fight and work for the Cádiz Football Club, advocate enjoying the promotion to LaLiga Santander, with the conviction that time will continue to put everyone in their place.

Manuel Vizcaíno Fernández

Sole administrator of Locos por el Balón S.L. and president of Cádiz C.F. S.A.D ”.
