Málaga approves its accounts and a budget of 15.3 million

The press room of La Rosaleda has hosted this afternoon the General Meeting of Shareholders of Malaga, which has developed normally and in which all items on the agenda have been unanimously approved, among them, the annual accounts, the management of the administrative body and the application of the profit for the financial year 2020-21. In addition, the Malaga’s budget for the current season, which is estimated at 15.3 million euros.

The meeting has been chaired by the judicial administrator of Malaga, José María Muñoz, who has participated as a representative of NAS Spain 2000 and NAS Football. In addition, the club’s minister of protocol and institutional relations, Francisco Martín Aguilar, and the members of the Malaga Association of Small Shareholders, Antonio Aguilera, Jesús Burgos, Francisco Valverde and José Miguel Bandera have appeared. Rafael Paniza, from the Garrigues Abogados law firm, served as secretary and Manuel Tejuca, as notary.
