Malaga lives decisive days and enters the final stretch of its particular time trial to redirect its situation and be able to compete next Sunday in Tenerife. The next few days will be key so that the judicial administrator, José María Muñoz, manages to undo the blockade in the inscriptions and solve the endless problems that whip the club.
Málaga's situation at the moment is critical. It only has 12 registered players and six of them have been out of the group for many days and have not even done the preseason in Alhaurín for their physical problems. To them we must add the annoyances that Tete Morente, Lombán and Benkhemassa drag. Thus, Pellicer only has three registered players available within a week of the first league match: Luis Hernández, Rolón and Juanpi.
If Muñoz does not manage these days that LaLiga allows the registrations of more players (Orlando Sá, Cristian Rodríguez, Escassi, Iván Calero, Dani Barrio and Yanis Rahmani are still waiting) there is a serious risk that Pellicer will not have the seven professional players which are essential to avoid incurring an improper alignment next Sunday in Tenerife (9:00 p.m.).

The negotiation period of the employment regulation file will end on October 3 provided that the club does not close a prior agreement with all the players involved. However, Malaga starts the League this Sunday, September 13 and on October 3 it coincides with the dispute of the fourth day.
If we take into account that article 77.2 of the disciplinary code of the Royal Spanish Football Federation states that the team that commits two improper alignments in the same season will be excluded from the competition, it is obvious that the administrator has run out of margin to solve the registration problem. The management of this crisis has made it clear that Málaga has handled the times very badly this summer. The ERE had been ruminating since spring. The representatives of AFE designated by the players to carry out the negotiation of the ERE with Malaga they will have the first meeting of the process this Wednesday with José María Muñoz.
