9.- Real Madrid-PSV Eindhoven (UEFA Cup 1971-72, 2nd round)

In the first leg at the Bernabéu, the Whites beat PSV 3-1, with goals from Anzarda, ‘Ico’ Aguilas and Amancio from a penalty for the Madridistas. Guus Hiddink played a few minutes with the visitors. The Dutch won the second leg 2-0, which was played in Den Bosch, 30 kilometers from Eindhoven, due to a UEFA sanction.
