British golfer Luke Donald will captain the European Ryder Cup team for next year’s competition in Rome, after Sweden’s Henrik Stenson was stripped of the captaincy after joining the LIV Golf Invitational, an alternative circuit to the PGA. Tour and backed by Saudi Arabia.
