MADRID, 1 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Real Betis made official this Thursday the departure of the 23-year-old Brazilian winger Luiz Henrique, who has been transferred to Botafogo in his country in this winter market and who leaves the green and white club after playing 64 games, with four goals and ten assists.
“Real Betis Balompié and Botafogo FR have reached an agreement for the transfer of Luiz Henrique to the Rio de Janeiro club. The club appreciates the services provided by the Brazilian winger in the season and a half in which he has belonged to Real Betis and wishes him the best of luck in his professional future,” the entity highlighted on its website.
Luiz Henrique arrived at the Betic team from Fluminense in the summer of 2022 and signed until 2028. In his first season he was an important player for Manuel Pellegrini, playing 33 League games, while this year he had lost some prominence, despite who had been a starter in the last games.
So far in the winter market, Real Betis Balompié has already lost two members of the green and white attack, since in addition to this transfer, last weekend Borja Iglesias was loaned to Bayer Leverkusen, while Juanmi will continue with his loan process but this time at Cádiz CF.
