The Los Angeles Lakers have conquered the first NBA In-Season Tournament this morning after winning the final held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas (United States), led by an exultant Anthony Davis , to Indiana Pacers (123-109).
With 41 points -16 of 24 in field goals and 9 of 13 in free throws-, 20 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks, the Los Angeles power forward commanded an attack in which he was accompanied by Austin Reaves (28) and LeBron James (24), named MVP of the tournament with an average of 26.4 points, 8 rebounds and 7.5 assists.
The three made us forget the disastrous night of the Californians from long distance, with only two triples scored out of 13 attempts, but enough to overcome some Pacers lacking rhythm and with a timid Tyrese Haliburton (20), diminished by his health problems and stopped by the defense of purple and gold.
