Liverpool and Chelsea, Carabao Cup final

MADRID, 24 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Liverpool advanced to the final of the League Cup, the Carabao Cup, after a draw (1-1) with Fulham this Wednesday in the semi-final second leg, which will play for the title with a Chelsea that advanced on Tuesday over Middlesbrough.

Jurgen Klopp's team, leader of the Premier, passed with suspense and thanks to the 2-1 in the first leg, since at Craven Cottage they were not able to get the victory. The 'red' team took the lead in London after 10 minutes through Luis Diaz.

Fulham did not give up in search of their first final in the tournament and with Issa Diop's goal 10 minutes from time they put fear into the body of the best team in the Carabao Cup, a Liverpool with nine titles. Klopp's men did not fail to meet Chelsea in the Wembley final on February 25.
