Letizia launches into spring pink at Carlos’s coronation: hat, gloves and peplum

Impeccable set of Doña Letizia. The queen has chosen for this coronation ceremony for Carlos III and Camilla a two-piece outfit in pink, which is marked by a jacket with a peplum and a pencil skirt. Pay attention to this piece, which has a central opening to facilitate passage. Even so, being such a tube skirt requires short steps. The Queen accompanies this look with an impressive and innovative hat with a delicate mesh and leather gloves, as required by protocol.

Doña Letizia has relied on a 100% Carolina Herrera style. The jacket features impressive floral embroidery detailing at the center, which is framed by a long row of faux decorative buttons. Box neck and shoulders armed with shoulder pads.

Finish off the outfit with a minimal XL hat and a Carolina Herrera handbag. She has thus left the Spanish Embassy in London, together with her husband, Felipe VI. Both have boarded the official car that has taken them to Westminster Abbey.
