The NBA has fined Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James a fine of $ 15,000 – just over 13,200 euros – for making an “obscene gesture” in last Wednesday’s victory over the Indiana Pacers.

The NBA also warned James about using foul language after the Lakers outscored the Pacers (124-116) in overtime midweek.

James had 39 points, his season-high score, and made a key pair of 3-pointers in overtime to lead the Lakers to victory, having returned from a suspension of a game for his involvement in a heated altercation with him. Detroit Pistons player Isaiah Stewart last Sunday.

James, a four-time NBA champion, touched his genitals after scoring a shot against the Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and used foul language in his post-game interview.
