The Fuencarral chain has advanced its announcement after the commotion generated by the emotional farewell of Carlos Sobera and Lara Álvarez, colleagues in nightmare in paradise, last Wednesday: “Let me tell you something. As the English from Liverpool say: ‘you never walk alone’. Always remember it, you will never walk alone. The entire Telecinco team loves you a lot,” the Basque told him with tears in the eyes. A message that set off alarm bells for all the fans of the nice presenter.

Laura Madrueño is in charge of replacing the charismatic Lara. She is currently the face of meteorological information on Telecinco and has participated, on special occasions, in Save me and other spaces in the house. Last summer she said “yes, I want” to the photographer and architect Álvaro Puerto, whom he met five years ago.

The chain presents her as passionate about adventure and an environmental activist: “Great passionate about the marine world and sports, she is co-founder of the production company We Are Water Films, from which he makes underwater documentaries together with his team. In 2021 he published his first book we are water, in which he analyzes the problems that afflict the oceans. Laura is currently one of the most influential profiles in terms of ecological awareness and care for the environment”.
