Like this it has decided it the directive board of the FC Barcelona this Wednesday in an ordinary session celebrated in the Camp Nou. The results of the Forensic investigation work, initiated as a result of the Financial Due Diligence with the aim of detecting possible irregularities in the management of the club during the last presidential term, will be presented publicly, explained Barça in a statement.

In addition, “the actions already initiated by the club consisting of the filing of a complaint with the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Barcelona for facts that derive from the conclusions of the Forensic investigation will be reported.” This presentation, which will be held in the Auditori 1899 from 11 am, will be carried out by Laporta.

In other matters, the culé board of directors approved new regulations for the supporters clubs. “This new relationship framework aims to eliminate intermediaries and unnecessary obstacles in such a way that, from now on, communication between the club and supporters clubs is direct and closer”, indicates FC Barcelona.

“The new regulatory text collects and updates the requirements to be an official supporter club and supporter of FC Barcelona, updating the criteria and establishing a minimum so that the Barcelona associations can be recognized and, thus, have all the advantages that the club can grant them , such as the purchase of tickets for the matches of all the Barça teams or the support of FC Barcelona in those acts and activities that the supporters’ clubs want to organize”, he adds.

In this sense, the new regulations also include a “new organization of the penyes movement” to achieve “more direct communication without intermediaries”. “It is for this reason that the club’s interlocutor designated in these regulations is the Supporters Clubs Department of FC Barcelona, where supporters clubs can go directly to make their queries and requests,” he says.

On the other hand, FC Barcelona has recognized in this regulatory text the Territorial Groups and “leaves their affiliation to them to the discretion of the supporters clubs”. “These Territorial Groupings will be able to choose a representative to form part of the Supporters’ Clubs Consultative Council, which may be for a maximum period of 8 years, either consecutive or alternate”, he adds.

“The Advisory Council will have the main functions of promoting the relationship between the supporters clubs and collaborating with the club in the implementation of projects that aim to improve the representativeness and public projection of FC Barcelona throughout the world”, concludes the Blaugrana club.
