The model Kim Kardashian and the rapper Kanye West they have finally finalized their divorce proceedings, with an agreement that states that he must pay 200,000 a month in child support. The ex-married couple will have joint physical and legal custody of their four children, daughters North9 years old, and Chicago4, and children Saint6, and Psalmof 3.
West, a Grammy winner, will also be responsible for half of the children’s medical, educational and security expenses. Neither of the two ex-spouses will pay any amount as spousal support, which both waived.
As reported TMZ, Kanye and Kim’s divorce settlement requires that they have equal access to their children, and that’s how both parents are already acting. In fact, shortly after the signed terms were known, Kanye could already be seen picking up her eldest daughter, North, from school this Tuesday and taking her to a shopping center.

However, the rapper himself has acknowledged that it will be his ex-wife who will have the children most of the time, and that so far she has had her children 80 percent of the time.
For that reason, one of the terms of the complicated divorce includes that if there is ever a dispute or disagreement over the children, Kim and Kanye will participate in mediation. If one of them does not participate, the other makes the decision regarding the dispute by default. The financial assets of the married couple, including your property, are also not an issue, as they will be divided based on your signed prenuptial agreement.
