Jorge Jesus, best coach and Jordão, goal of the month in Portugal

Jorge Jesus, from Benfica, was recognized today as the best coach of the Portuguese League in the months of September and October, while Bruno Jordão, from Famalicão, took the distinction to best goal.

The League reported today that Jorge Jesus obtained 25.93% of the votes after Benfica got five victories in the five rounds that were played in September and October.

The 66-year-old Portuguese coach was imposed in the vote to Emanuel Santos, from Sporting, which obtained 23.7% of the votes, and Carlos Carvalhal, from Braga, with 15.56%, in which all first division coaches participated.

For its part, Jordão's goal against Farense on matchday four, who received the ball in his own half, advanced on the left wing and, after dribbling two rivals, sent him to the back of the nets, he was chosen as both of the month.
