Jorge Javier, broken into tears when talking about Mila Ximénez on TVE: “If I had left before…”

The 2 of TVE broadcast this Wednesday the interview of the Murcian journalist Charles of Love a Jorge Javier Vazquez. The presenter of Save me announced the date of the end of his contract with Mediaset and also broke down in tears when talking about his great friend, the missing Mila Ximenez.

Almost two years after his death, the man from Badalona remembers with nostalgia the very personal moments they shared with each other: “Yesterday, when I was thinking that I had to do the interview, I thought that the hardest thing is that there are things from your life that you no longer have anyone to tell about. Those are things that you only share with one person and you will never share with anyone again. You can tell another person, but not in the same way,” Jorge explained, very excited after hearing a few words of thanks from Manolo Ximenezthe brother of her friend.

The emptiness that Jorge Javier feels for the journalist’s departure is so great that since that fateful June 23, 2021 he has not been the same: “For me it has been a terrible death. It came at a time in my life when that I realized that this void was no longer going to be filled by anyone”.

In this sense, the communicator added: “When someone dies at 30, you still have time to replace or to find a person who appears in your life with the same intensity. It is already very difficult, I think impossible. No nobody like her is going to show up.”

Thus, the death of the collaborator was a painful turning point in her life: “In my life it is an empty shelf and I have to learn to live with that emptiness. There is one thing that I find difficult to accept, I suppose with time will pass: since she’s gone my life is less fun”.

Jorge is still trying to change the tears for smiles because it is what Mila would like: “Something is missing and I want it and I have to get it back because she and I owe it to each other. If I had gone, I would not want that had that sadness, I would like him to fight”. Finally, he also talked about how his classmates Save me They have faced their loss: “His departure was something that I don’t know how my colleagues handle because we didn’t talk about it. It has been so shocking that we didn’t talk about it.”
