Spanish midfielder Joan Jordán has renewed with Sevilla FC until 2027, when he would complete his eighth season defending the Andalusian team’s shirt, as confirmed by the Nervión club in a statement this Thursday.
“The center of the Nervión field continues today to be in luck with the renewal of another of its mainstays in the midfield, Joan Jordán. The Catalan has signed his new contract with the Sevilla entity, which makes him a red and white until next year 2027, where he would complete his eighth season defending the Sevilla FC jersey since his arrival in the summer of 2019,” Sevilla announced.
Jordán, indisputable in the scheme of Sevilla coach Julen Lopetegui, has played 129 games with Sevilla, in which he has managed to score five goals and distribute eleven assists.
“In this way, the leadership, commitment and sevillismo that the Catalan gives off on and off the pitch are guaranteed for at least another five years in the Nervionense squad, which continues to underpin the pillars on which the project began to be built in the 19-20 campaign,” the club’s statement concluded.
