Valencia works to strengthen itself in this winter market, but also to lighten the squad and get rid of players who do not fit into Bordalás’ plans. The club’s sports management has devised a plan to ‘kill’ two with one shot and fulfill this double objective. It consists of signing Cádiz midfielder Jens Jonsson and in exchange offering Manu Vallejo.
Valencia has already contacted Cádiz to convey their proposal. At the moment, the Andalusian team is studying it. Jens Jønsson, through his agent, informed Cádiz of his intention to leave the club in this winter market, something to which the entity has given its approval. Hence the arrival of Rubén Alcaraz, who already made his debut this past weekend against Levante.
Manu Vallejo, for his part, has a proposal from Alavés, which considers him the first option to reinforce his attack. The option of returning to Cádiz would also please him.
