Judge Adolfo Carretero has reopened the case against the former deputy Íñigo Errejón for an alleged crime of sexual assault against the actress Elisha Moulia and has summoned both to testify on January 16. Now, Elisa has confirmed that she is looking for a new legal service: “I am meeting with lawyers, but I am very sad because she is very good and it seems like an absolute lack of respect on the part of the judge. Errejón’s first victory
The former deputy of Sumar appealed the temporary file of the case, ordered by the Court of Instruction number 47 of Madrid due to the medical leave of the lawyer who defends Elisa, on November 15.
